Giving up two jobs in the public sector to resume and develop an operating wine business in Minerve. It requires fullest dedication and courage. A bit of a a crazy adventure….
On this beautiful “terroir”, now together with our youngest son, Thibaut, we work with passion on 22 ha of vineyards all in the AOC Minervois area

The estate
Carignan of more than 100 years of age, Grenache roots dipping in mineral soil, the must have Syrah, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc rich from the freshness of our hills and last but not least the Mourvèdre growing in warmer areas
